Adams Carpet Powder

Farnam Pet Adams Carpet Powder is a fresh, citrus scented powder that is safe to use around pets to kill fleas and ticks and control reinfestation for up to 365 days. Contains 2.5% of the botanically derived Linalool, 0.5% Piperonyl Butoxide, 0.075% Pyrethrins, and 0.02% Nylar IGR. 16 oz treats up to 400 square feet.

Pros: Seemed to have worked great. I put it on the dogs beds and on my area rugs and then no more fleas! But I did use it with other flea products such as the Adamas Plus Flea and Tick Shampoo with IGR and Frontline. The Adams Carpet Powder has a great citrus smell.

Cons: Need to leave it on the carpets for an hour or so but you are not to let dogs or children near the product. So it was hard to keep everybody away from the carpets for an extended period of time.

About This Blog

I am like most dog owners who have tried about every dog product on the market from dog leashes and collars to dog food and dog toys. Some have worked great while others have failed What I want to do is help other dog owners buy less of the stuff that fails and buy more of the stuff dogs like. More
